1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S.

 

2. How long does it take for items to be delivered?

Your purchase will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Factors such as delayed logistics, customs clearings, holidays and severe weather conditions may impact shipping times.

These factors are beyond our control but rest assured that you will get your order.

 

3. It's been weeks past the expected shipping time and my order still hasn't arrived. What should I do?

These factors are beyond our control but we do our best to make sure you get your order.

4. I only received part of my order. When will I receive the other part?

If we're able to process one part of your order faster, we'll ship it out first. Rest assured that every item will be delivered.

You may send us an email to check the status of any remaining item if it has exceeded the approximate shipping time frame.

 

5. Is there any way to receive my package faster?

We are currently working on this option and we'll post that here when it's available.

 

6. The items are not as I expected. What is the return process?

7. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please take a photo of the product and envelope it came with. Send an email to hello@poshpup.co with your order # and attach the photos to it.

We'll send you the right order right away.

 

8. I received a defective/damaged item. Do I get a replacement?

Please see our return policy here.

 

9. I have a question that wasn't addressed here. Who do I contact?

Please email us at hello@poshpup.co and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

10. Can I cancel my order?

Sorry! We can't currently do cancellations. We're working on developing a better cancellation system in the coming months.



11. I never received my order. Help!

Oh no! We'll sort this out for you. If it's been over 40 days since you ordered, email us at hello@poshpup.co and we'll look into the status of your order and resend it to you with no questions asked.


12. I love your products. Can I get a discount on a second order?

Thank you! :-) We'll keep you posted if there's a sale. We recommend you don't wait to purchase again, however, as our items can sell out. 

 

13. Do you do exchanges?

We don't currently do size exchanges since our suppliers are based all over the world and we don't have a storefront. We are working to build out a system where our customers can do exchanges in the future -- but it's not currently possible. We appreciate your understanding! 


14. I'm having a technical issue on your site or can't place an order because of an error. Help!
